You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify koi123 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. koi123 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Your koi123 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, nor may you use another person's account. Commercial use of player accounts is strictly prohibited. All bets and transactions must be made for recreational purposes only, not for professional or commercial gambling activities.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds. koi123 accepts deposits via the following methods: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet transfers. Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, in rare cases, processing may take up to 15 minutes depending on the payment provider. koi123 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name and verified during the account registration or verification process.

Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. koi123 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing. koi123 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawal. For sports betting, including football (bandar bola, Indonesia's term for football bookmaking), basketball, tennis, and other sports, official results as determined by the governing sports body will be used for settlement purposes. If a match is postponed, suspended, or abandoned, bets will be void unless the match is completed within 48 hours. Live betting (in-play wagering) is subject to rapid odds changes; bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.

You may request to close your koi123 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance (minus outstanding liabilities or bonus forfeitures) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must register a new account if you wish to return (subject to our single-account policy).
koi123 reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or for security reasons. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome.
